Rolling and Meditation. We provide a variety of traditions and methods
with teachers that are certified and committed to each student's needs,
capacity and wellbeing. We have created a serene place for you to bring

ONGOING CLASSES
Beginner's Yoga
This class is designed for people who have never tried yoga or do not have a consistent yoga practice. We will be teaching the yoga basics and benefits, including: increased awareness and concentration, improved muscle condition, proper body alignment, and improved vitality and energy levels

Anusara-Inspired Yoga Anusara® literally means "stepping in to the flow of grace." By opening up to the possibility that one can do and be anything, one can experience the beauty of the world — one just needs to step into the flow! Based on the Universal Principles of Alignment™, as created by Anusara's founder John Friend, the practice offers structural awareness and heart centered movement. Some experience required.

WHAT IS...
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a form of exercise designed to enhance wellness and peace by integrating body, mind and spirit through breath, postures, and movement.
What is Pilates?
A workout that strengthens core muscles, develops a long lean silhouette, and improves posture through education and body awareness. You will have a flat tummy!
What is Yamuna® Body rolling?
An experiential approach to complete muscle release. Individuals roll on a ball to stretch muscles and free restrictions in the body, build core strength and improve alignment.
YOGA STYLES
Anusara® Yoga
Pronounced a-nu-sar-a, it is a uniquely integrated approach to hatha yoga developed by John Friend in which the art of the human spirit powerfully blends with the science of biomechanics. It is an exceptional yoga system that integrates the celebration of the heart, Universal Principles of Alignment™, and balanced energetic action in the performance of asana. Some experience required.
Ashtanga Yoga
Literally translated from sanskrit, the word means "The Eight-Arms" of
yoga. Based on the same principles as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga provides an invigorating
and challenging physical flow for practitioners to follow. Ashtanga uses repetition
to focus the body and the mind.
Pre-natal Yoga
A gentle flowing sun salutation series of exercises with specific breathing and postures for labor and delivery.
Power flow Yoga
Simplified athletic postures and addressing core strength an breath, realigning the body.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class will cultivate stamina, strength, and flexibility while gaining focus and peace of mind. Movement will connect to the breath using sun salutations and classical yoga poses. Practicing repetitions of a series of poses and longer holding of some poses will be offered. Breath work and or meditation will be offered in each class.
Meditation
An integrative form of meditation; gentle and subtle, yet powerful when practiced regularly. This form of meditation helps you tap into the vast reservoir of healing energy within; Healing Tao System is the main base, utilizing breath, movement, healing sounds, and ancient imagery.

How do I prepare?
All levels are welcome. No experience is necessary. Wear loose clothing, bring a mat* and prepare to feel good.

*No cell phones or pagers allowed in class.
*Mats are available to purchase or rent.

Mats
We rent Yoga mats for $1. We sell new Yoga mats for $30, and used mats for $12. (Sales tax not included.)
